Anonymous asked: What's your favourite kind of alcoholic beverage?
Anonymous asked: How is it that Sonic Team can't make games like the Adventure series any more? Did they just stop putting effort into the 3D sonic games after SEGA became a third party developer?
Anonymous asked: Do you have any, um let's call it emotional attachment to the Final Fantasy series? If not, Y U NO have emotional attachment to Final Fantasy series?
Anonymous asked: I can just hear George Washington, looking at our presidential candidates wanting to get involved in Iran, and saying "I thought I told you guys to stay out of foreign affairs! WTF!?"
Anonymous asked: I don't mind orchestra music in video games, I love Marty O'Donnell, but how come there's never any jazz or swing music, or well, any other genre of music in games anymore?
Anonymous asked: I find it annoying how people say smugly how the Mayans are idiots for predicting the world to end on 2012. The Mayans never predicted that the world was going to end on 2012. Their calender just ends, because it's the beginning of a new Era, not the end of the world. So the only people who are dumb are the people who made those theories, the people who believe those theories, and the people...
Anonymous asked: What's you opinion on Machinima? (The genre that is, not the company of the same name, which is currently dead to me after they stopped streaming videos on their website. How in the hell are CoD walkthroughs, and all the other stuff they have considered Machinima?)
Anonymous asked: With all the hate against MoCap you'll fit right in at the AMPAS. Personally I think snubbing TinTin just because it used performance capture is ridiculous.

Anonymous asked: Didn't you say you were supposed to be working on something?
Anonymous asked: It seems ironic to me for some reason that people have complained about Video Game companies not using MoCap because they believe it looks more life-like than traditional animation, but you and a few other people say it looks less life-like than traditional animation. It's interesting for some reason. I guess people have their own opinions. I never noticed it. The only difference I've...
Anonymous asked: There's always FPSes based in WWII or more modern wars. How come there's not more FPS games based during the American Civil War? Or WWI for that matter? There's only two Civil War FPS games that I know of (3 if you include Darkest of Days).
Anonymous asked: I meant as in a girl who's into nerdy things, but not in an annoying way. Kinda hard to explain I guess.
Anonymous asked: Ms. Scaldaferri, everyone knows that there ARE no women on the internet--just men CLAIMING to be women. In fact, if I hadn't seen you appear in Feed Dump, I'd assume you were lying about YOUR gender, too. Speaking of which, if you got your own internet show, or appeared as an infrequent guest of the LRR crew, or even just livestreamed your work occasionally, that would be so awesome...
waaaahlbodayz asked: Well, you know what they say about girls and the internet. Apparently, there are none. Which would mean that all the girls on the internet do not exist. Such a silly notion if you ask me.
Anonymous asked: Don't most 3D animation companies use Mo-Cap now? What companies are you going to apply for if you want to be a traditional 3D animator?
Anonymous asked: Am I the only one who finds it completely pointless when video game related videos ask for my birthdate? I never use my real birthdate on the internet anyways, whether I'm old enough or not. It's just a nuisance.
Anonymous asked: I can't decide whether I want Kung Fu Panda 2 or Rango to win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Is bad that I'm glad Pixar made a bad movie for once this year so other animated films could get a chance?
Anonymous asked: Saddest moment in a video game?
Anonymous asked: I've never seen a girl into so many nerdy things. I think I love you. <3
Anonymous asked: Sonic (Classic Sonic of course) or Mario?
Interview with Team Foundry: Creators of Remnant
About one year ago, Waylon Snedker and Luke Takeuchibegan the Game Design program at Vancouver Film School. They joined together along with three other design students to form their final group, Team Foundry. Waylon would take the role as lead artist while Luke as the Project manager.
For the last 6 months they have been working on their final game, Remnant; a top down space shooter for web...
Anonymous asked: Have you ever read the graphic novel/graphic novel series called Bone?
Anonymous asked: I think Doctor Who would be more considered Sci-Fi than fantasy. The only reason I said except Star Wars was because it feels more like a fantasy story based in a technological setting than a Sci-Fi (which makes sense since it took many elements from fantasy and mythology stories) I kinda meant more along the lines of a "magical" fantasy, like Lord of the Rings for example.
Anonymous asked: What is your favorite web comic to read? And what is your favorite newspaper comic to read?
Anonymous asked: What's your favorite fantasy franchise? (Besides Star Wars)
Anonymous asked: Do you like Avatar? That movie was a very bad representation of the series. I swear there's no way M. Night Shyamalan can screw up on an adaption of a TV series that much (especially one that was only five years old at the time!) unless it was on purpose or he's just the new Ed Wood.

Anonymous asked: Why are game consoles always seem to be either black or white? I know it sounds stupid to complain about something like a game consoles color scheme, but they feel so bland. Who else thinks somebody should bring back the wood patterns on game consoles from the 70s?

Anonymous asked: I think I've decided how a song is officially awesome, is if it still sounds good in 8 bit. Care to infer?
Anonymous asked: Are (were) you a big fan of Star Wars? Or you just have a friend who is?

writingronin asked: Question on your Batman speed design. First, did you base this off the "Arkham" design, and second, do you have an opinion (good or bad) on that particular design? Curious to get an artist's perspective on it.

Anonymous asked: I take it you don't like Disney?
Anonymous asked: Favorite video game from your childhood? Or as a child?
Anonymous asked: Am I the only one who thinks Oblivion and Fallout 3 were far superior to Skyrim? Not that Skyrim's bad, it just doesn't feel as fun to me compared to previous Elder Scrolls and Fallout games.
Anonymous asked: Is there a "video game appreciation" class? Because I've been thinking how the hell somebody would be able to do that.

FUS RO DAH! Skyrim Review
The fifth installment of The Elder Scrolls series, Skyrim, is an RPG full of adventure, heroism and, most importantly, dragons.
Set 200 years after The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Skyrim lets players explore the Nordic-themed northern reaches of Tamriel, the continent in which the Elder Scrolls seriestakes place. The player starts the game as a prisoner of imperium, one of the games two...

Assassins Creed: Revelations Review
As part of my Game Journalism class, taught by Scott Jones, I’m required to write a review on a game every week and post it to a blog. Since I already had this blog, I’ll be posting them here.
Some credit is deserved to Grey Carter, writer of Critical Miss, for editing this hot mess.
Enjoy.
The Assassins Creed series is one of the few franchises that has managed to maintain a...
